Front Garden – Ockley, Surrey

Our clients had finished renovating their 17th century manor house and had turned their attention to renovating the four acres of garden that surround the house. The first stage of the project has been to create borders at the front of house t o make a real impact and do justice to their stunning home.

The planting design with its contrasting textures of green provides structured year round form, whilst perennials and bulbs such as Allium and Agapanthus give the vertical seasonal changes.

The deep borders at the side of the driveway are planted with a combination of specimen shrubs and long flowering perennials, giving sweeping softness alongside the curving driveway.
